Plumbing & Sanitary
From creating a bathroom to replacing a water heater, we handle all your plumbing and sanitary work: water supply networks, drainage, connection of appliances, installation of showers, baths, WCs and basins, as well as leak detection and repair. As part of our renovation projects, plumbing is carried out in coordination with the tiler, electrician and joiner for a consistent, long-lasting result.

Materials and techniques
We use multilayer and PEX pipes for supply networks, PVC and PP for drainage, and copper where the configuration requires it. Sanitary fittings and taps come from recognised professional brands. For hot water we install electric or heat-pump water heaters, or cylinders connected to your boiler or heat pump. The exact suppliers are agreed with you at quotation stage.
Estimated timelines
Replacing a water heater or a sanitary fitting takes half a day to a day. Full bathroom plumbing takes 3 to 5 days, spread over the project. Renewing the pipework of an entire flat takes 1 to 2 weeks.
Frequently asked questions
Do you handle repairs and water leaks?
Yes, we attend leaks, blocked drains, broken water heaters and faulty taps. For a hidden leak we carry out leak detection before any destructive work.
How much does bathroom plumbing cost in Luxembourg?
Pricing depends on the layout: reusing or creating the pipework, the distance to the existing drainage, the number of appliances to connect and the choice of taps. We provide a precise, itemised quote after a site visit.
Should pipework be replaced in an older home?
Lead pipes must be replaced. Galvanised steel networks over 40 years old are often scaled or corroded: replacing them during a renovation is recommended to avoid leaks and restore good flow.
Which water heater should I choose?
A heat-pump water heater is the cheapest to run and qualifies for subsidies in Luxembourg. An electric water heater remains the simplest and cheapest to buy. If you have a boiler or heat pump, a connected cylinder is often the best choice.
Can a bathroom or kitchen be moved?
Yes, provided the drainage can be connected with sufficient fall to the existing stack. We assess feasibility during the visit and propose solutions (lifting pump, macerator WC) if needed.
Is your plumbing work guaranteed?
Yes, all our work is covered by our guarantees and professional liability insurance. Installed equipment also carries the manufacturer's warranty.
