Materials and techniques
We offer carpentry in solid wood (oak, beech, treated pine), powder-coated aluminium, high-quality PVC and wood-aluminium composite to combine the interior warmth of wood with the external resilience of aluminium. Glazing options range from double to triple glazing with anti-intrusion, acoustic or solar-control treatments as required.
Estimated timelines
Standard window replacement takes 1 to 2 days per window. A bespoke staircase installation requires 3 to 5 days. A complete interior carpentry project (doors, cupboards, wardrobes) takes 2 to 4 weeks. Bespoke manufacturing lead time is 4 to 8 weeks depending on the items.
Frequently asked questions
Wood, PVC or aluminium: which material for windows?
PVC offers the best value for money and good insulation. Aluminium is ideal for large glazed openings and contemporary designs. Wood brings warmth and character. Wood-aluminium composite combines the advantages of both. We advise based on your budget and project.
Why switch to triple glazing?
Triple glazing offers superior thermal and acoustic insulation compared to double glazing. It significantly reduces heat loss and improves indoor comfort. The thermal coefficient (Uw) is the key criterion when choosing your windows.
How much does window replacement cost in Luxembourg?
Prices vary by material and size: expect between 600 and 1,200 EUR per standard window (supply and fit) in PVC, and between 900 and 1,800 EUR in aluminium or wood. Sliding doors and special shapes are quoted individually.
Can a bespoke staircase be fitted in a small space?
Yes, we design staircases for tight spaces: spiral, alternating-tread or with under-step storage. Each staircase is made to the exact dimensions of your interior.
How long do external carpentry elements last?
Quality PVC or aluminium windows last 30 to 40 years. Wood, with regular maintenance (staining every 5 to 7 years), can last just as long. Hardware may need replacing after 15 to 20 years.
Do you make bespoke built-in furniture?
Yes, we design and build wardrobes, bookcases, under-stair units, fitted cupboards and bespoke bathroom furniture. Each piece is made to the exact dimensions of your space.
