Materials and techniques
For facades, we use mineral renders, silicate coatings and facade paints that withstand Luxembourg's weather conditions. For patios, we offer composite decking (durable and maintenance-free), outdoor porcelain stoneware, natural stone and decorative concrete. Pathways are laid with interlocking pavers, stone slabs or stabilised gravel.
Estimated timelines
Facade rendering takes 2 to 4 weeks depending on the area and the work required. Patio installation takes 1 to 3 weeks. Pathways and walls require 1 to 2 weeks. Exterior works are ideally scheduled between April and October for optimal weather conditions.

What material should I choose for a patio in Luxembourg?
Composite decking is the most popular: it resists frost, requires no maintenance and has a natural look. Outdoor porcelain stoneware is also highly valued for its robustness. The choice depends on your budget and aesthetic preferences.
Do I need permission for facade rendering?
In Luxembourg, like-for-like rendering generally does not require permission. However, a change of colour, material or external appearance may need a municipal permit. We check the rules applicable to your municipality.
How do you protect a facade against moisture?
We apply water-repellent treatments that prevent water penetration while allowing the wall to breathe. In more severe cases, perimeter drainage or tanking may be necessary.
Can a patio be laid in winter in Luxembourg?
Patios on pedestals (slabs or composite) can be laid year-round as they require no masonry. For bonded or mortared patios, we recommend avoiding frost periods (December to February).
What budget should I plan for exterior works?
