Materials and techniques
We work with all types of roofing: clay tiles, natural slate, standing-seam zinc, steel sheeting and EPDM waterproofing membranes for flat roofs. Zinc-work elements (gutters, downpipes, valleys, flashings) are made from zinc, copper or coated aluminium to suit your building's style.

Leak repairs and tile replacement take 1 to 3 days. A full zinc-work refurbishment takes 1 to 2 weeks. A complete roof replacement requires 2 to 4 weeks depending on the area and complexity. We offer emergency call-outs for active leaks.

How long does a roof last in Luxembourg?
A clay-tile roof lasts 40 to 60 years, natural slate 80 to 100 years, and zinc 30 to 50 years. Lifespan depends on regular maintenance and exposure to the elements.
Do you offer drone roof inspections?
Yes, we have professional drones to inspect your roof without scaffolding. This method provides a fast, accurate and non-invasive assessment with high-definition photos of every area.
What does a roof renovation cost in Luxembourg?
Prices range from 80 to 180 EUR/sqm depending on the covering type and framework condition. Zinc-work refurbishment costs between 30 and 60 EUR per linear metre. We provide a free quote after inspection.
Can the roof be insulated at the same time as re-roofing?
This is actually recommended. Taking advantage of a re-roofing project to add or upgrade insulation is the most cost-effective solution. Combined works reduce labour costs.
Do you provide emergency call-outs for roof leaks?
Yes, we offer a rapid response service for active leaks. We implement a temporary solution within 24 to 48 hours, then schedule the permanent repair.
